The Bunbury City Bulls played host to a number of junior rugby teams on Sunday for a morning of exciting action.
Joining the Bulls were the Bunbury Barbarians, Busselton Jets and the Perth Bayswater Rugby Club under 15s. The Perth team proved to be very strong opponents and it gave the local lads a great chance to learn and improve their skills against the talented team.
The morning ended with a barbecue and presentation for players who performed particularly well.
The Bulls also wished to extend their thanks to the Perth Bayswater Rugby Club and RugbyWA for making the day possible.
The other junior age groups also spent the morning at the Bullring enjoying the brilliant weather conditions.
The club’s mascot, the Hog’s Breath Hogster was there for moral support and encouraged the players with his team talk. The under sevens showed a particular improvement in their skills and scored some thrilling tries.
